Upshur County

Upshur County is always moving. Downtown Buckhannon hums with local businesses and campus life, where students at West Virginia Wesleyan bring fresh ideas and energy. At Jawbone Park, families gather for concerts and farmers’ markets, while just beyond town, rolling hills and winding rivers offer space to explore. The Strawberry Festival remains a tradition, but so does the drive to create new opportunities and keep this community moving forward.
We are proud to be part of that progress. Through scholarships, grants, and local initiatives, we support students as they chase big goals, help nonprofits expand their reach, and back projects that strengthen the places people love. From education to entrepreneurship, from outdoor recreation to community programs, we’re investing in what makes Upshur County dynamic and full of potential.
Your support fuels these efforts. Be part of Upshur County’s growth.
