TYPE OF FUND: Field of Interest

DATE ESTABLISHED: December 31, 2018

PURPOSE: To improve the economic and social characteristics of Appalachia in West Virginia.

DISTRIBUTION: Upon the recommendation by the Grants Committee and approval by the full Board of Directors of TCF.  The award decision is based on the value of the project in enhancing economic development, advancing technology, creating new professions, and improving education and training in West Virginia.  The Board may use applications and point structures in selecting the recipient.

VARIANCE POWER: If, in the opinion of the TCF Board of Directors, the restrictions and conditions of the fund are no longer necessary, cannot be fulfilled, or do not align with the charitable needs of the community, the Board retains the right to modify the terms of this fund.
