Mineral County

In Mineral County, opportunity is built by the people who call it home. Students at Potomac State College take their first steps toward bright futures, small businesses in Keyser keep Main Street moving, and neighbors come together to support one another.
That same spirit of investment drives our work here. In 2008, Ruby Kline Allison established the Kline, Allison, Evans Scholarship Fund, ensuring that students in Mineral and Grant counties would always have the resources to chase their goals. Today, that legacy continues through Unrestricted Funds and other programs that strengthen education, nonprofits, and community initiatives.
Every scholarship awarded and every project funded creates new possibilities for Mineral County.
Invest in the people and places that make Mineral County strong.
