Ride and Shine: Bikes for Upshur Kids
The experience of a kid with a bike fosters freedom and independence, promotes mental and physical health, builds healthy habits and grows community. Ride and Shine is committed to providing every child in Upshur County with this opportunity.
Chris Phillips Foundation Fund
The Chris Phillips Foundation is dedicated to honoring the legacy of Christopher Floyd Phillips by fostering a lifelong love for the outdoors through mountain biking, trail building, and youth engagement in Tucker County.
Highlands Trail Fund
The Highlands Trail Fund, established in 2019, is an Agency Endowed Fund supporting the Highlands Trail Foundation’s mission of creating recreational and alternative transportation opportunities in the Potomac Highlands of WV.
C. W. Pell Fund
The C. W. Pell Fund provides ongoing support for the construction and maintenance of a park in Davis, honoring a beloved teacher and coach through the generosity of his former students.
Rubenstein / Schilansky Family Fund
The Rubenstein / Schilansky Family Fund supports recreational opportunities in Tucker County, with a focus on benefiting residents of the Thomas-Davis area, in memory of Kenneth and Ellen Rubenstein and Haskel and Goldie Schilansky.
