Gary and Mary Moden Fund
The Gary and Mary Moden Fund, established in August 2021, provides annual funding to the Blackwater Ministerial Association for food pantry needs and to the Mountaintop Public Library for building maintenance, with each organization receiving 50% of the annual distribution.
Sarah Thompson Kaemmerling Fund
This fund, established from the estate of Sarah Thompson Kaemmerling, supports charitable, educational, and scientific efforts—especially in the Canaan Valley, Davis, and Thomas areas of Tucker County—in accordance with her lifelong values of service and generosity.
William M. Harman Memorial Fund
This memorial fund, created from the estate of William M. Harman, supports key community institutions in Parsons, WV—including parks, the public library, and city cemetery—through a partnership between the City of Parsons and the Tucker Community Foundation.
Louise Harman Fund
This fund provides long-term support for community spaces in Parsons, WV—including the city cemetery, local parks, and public library—thanks to the foresight and generosity of lifelong resident Viola Poffenbarger Harman.
