TYPE OF FUND: Agency Endowment

DATE ESTABLISHED: October 23, 2019

PURPOSE: To support the Highland Trail Foundation mission and program.

DISTRIBUTION: The Highlands Trail Foundation Fund shall be used and distributed at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Highlands Trail Foundation.

VARIANCE POWER: If the Board of Directors determines that the restrictions and conditions of the Fund are no longer necessary, cannot be fulfilled, or are inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community, they have the right to modify the terms of the Fund. The Tucker Community Foundation retains exclusive legal control over its assets.

BACKGROUND: The Highlands Trail Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating recreational and alternative transportation opportunities through the development of a regional trail system in the Potomac Highlands of West Virginia.
