YouthBuild Fund
The YouthBuild Fund, established in 2019 with donations from supporters and a $2,500 grant from the Tucker Community Foundation, provides financial support for the YouthBuild North Central West Virginia program, which helps young adults gain vocational training, job skills, and leadership development.

PURPOSE: To support the YouthBuild program.
DISTRIBUTION: The Fund shall be used and distributed, at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Randolph County Housing Authority, for the sole purpose of supporting YouthBuild.
VARIANCE POWER: If, in the judgment of the TCF Board of Directors, the restrictions and conditions of the fund become unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community, the TCF Board of Directors maintains the right to modify the terms of this fund.
FUNDING: Donations from supporters and a $2,500 grant recipient from the Tucker Community Foundation.
BACKGROUND: YouthBuild North Central West Virginia is a non-profit program sponsored by the Randolph County Housing Authority in Elkins, WV. The organization provides vocational and educational training designed to give young adults the tools they need to get a good job and keep it.
Since 1995, YouthBuild has helped motivated participants aged 16 to 24 earn their high school equivalency certificate, learn marketable job skills, and develop important leadership skills—all while earning a paycheck.
