The Aurora Project Fund

The Aurora Project Endowment Fund, established in August 2018 with an initial $10,000 donation from two board members and additional public contributions, provides perpetual funding for the Aurora Project’s programs and facilities in Union District, Preston County.

TYPE OF FUND: Agency Endowed

DATE ESTABLISHED: August 2018

PURPOSE: Support perpetual funding for the Aurora Project programs and facilities in Union District of Preston County.

DISTRIBUTION: Upon request by the Aurora Project and approval by the full Board of Directors of TCF. All distributions are to the Aurora Project.

VARIANCE POWER: If, in the judgment of the TCF Board of Directors, the restrictions and conditions of the fund become unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community, the TCF Board of Directors maintains the right to modify the terms of this fund.

FUNDING: Initial funding of $10,000 to establish the fund was donated by two members of the Board of Directors, with additional funding coming from the donations of the general public.
