The Owens Family Memorial Trust Fund supports and addresses the needs of Randolph County through donations to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc.

Established: March 2025

Purpose: The purpose of this fund is to create perpetual funding to support and address the needs of Randolph County through donations to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc., youth organizations and scholarships to students from each high school in Randolph County.

Distribution: Trustee shall upon the cessation of the Owens Family Memorial Trust Finance Committee “Settlor” distribute the annual funds as follows: 15% to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc., 25% for scholarships to Randolph County students, 10% shall be re-invested in the Trust, with the remaining 50% to be distributed to organizations in Randolph County based on guidelines from the Owens Family Memorial Trust Finance Committee. The grants will be awarded with recommendation of the Grants Committee and with full TCF Board of Directors approval.
