Parsons Railroad Depot Fund

TYPE OF FUND: Designated Fund

DATE ESTABLISHED: October 16, 2019

PURPOSE: To provide support to the Parsons Railroad Depot in Parsons, West Virginia.

DISTRIBUTION: The Parsons Railroad Depot Fund shall be used and distributed at the discretion and request of the Board of Directors of the Tucker County Historical Society.

VARIANCE POWER: If, in the judgment of the Board of Directors, the restrictions and conditions of the fund become necessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community, the Board of Directors maintains the right to modify the terms of this fund.  TCF has exclusive legal control over its assets.
