Grant County Senior Citizen Fund

DATE ESTABLISHED: October 2006

PURPOSE: To provide perpetual funding for the Grant County Senior Citizen Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization currently located in Petersburg, WV.

DISTRIBUTION: Upon request by the Grant County Senior Citizen Center and upon the recommendation by the Grants Committee and approval by the full Board of Directors of TCF. All distributions are to the Grant County Senior Citizen Center.

VARIANCE POWER: If, in the judgment of the TCF Board of Directors, the restrictions and conditions of the fund become unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community, the TCF Board of Directors maintains the right to modify the terms of this fund.

FUNDING: Initial funding of $10,000 to establish the fund was donated by the Grant County Commission on Aging with additional funding coming from the donations of the general public.
